NexDev.ai provides consultative architecture design and implementation. Specific deliverables, liabilities, timelines, and costs are managed via explicit Master Service Agreements (MSAs) drafted individually per client, which supersede the general terms written here for website usage.
3. Limitations
In no event shall NexDev.ai or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on NexDev.ai's website, even if NexDev.ai or a NexDev.ai authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
